The Activity Reports can provide objective data for reporting and planning, for example, giving staff a detailed overview of activity patterns which can indicate a person's time in bed.‍‍

7-day or 1-day activity report can be viewed for each room. To get access to each room’s activity report follow steps 1-3.

Step 1: Click on a room

Step 2: Click “Activity Report”

Step 3: You can view the 7-day activity report for that room. Whenever you view the report, it will show up-to-date information.

An electronic copy of the Instructions for Use and device labelling are available on the screen. These detail how to use and care for the system. This "how to" guide does not replace the Instructions for Use; if you are unsure of anything, please re-read the instructions for use or ask your Oxehealth Ward Lead.

To access the instructions for use, click on “Instructions for Use” on the screen.

You must be trained to use the system. Your Oxehealth Ward Lead can arrange this for you – or ask your manager.
