How to export an Oxevision Report

How to export an Oxevision Report

You can export an Activity Report or Vital Signs Trends report for a single room or for multiple rooms on a ward. To find out how, simply follow steps 1-5 below.

‍Step 1: Select the menu icon at the top left of the room overview screen. Then select the type of report you wish to Export.

Step 2: Select the room(s) you wish to export.  If you wish to export the report for every room, select the “Select All” box.


Step 3: Select the “Start” and “End” dates you wish the Report(s) to display data from. Then select “Choose Recipient” (a date range between 1- 14 days can be selected).

IMPORTANT: You can select a date range between 1 and 14 days. The available dates are dependent on your organisation’s configured retention period for vital signs data. This is typically 28 days but may be more or less depending on your organisation. 

Step 4:  Enter your email address and the reason for exporting the report(s). Once done select “Confirm Export”.

A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen to confirm the report(s) have been exported:

Alternatively, you can also export a single room's report by selecting "Export" when you are viewing the Vital Signs Trends chart or Activity Report  for that room.

IMPORTANT: Default recipients - such as a Ward Manager - will have been defined by your organisation to receive a copy of each of the exported reports for audit purposes. Please do not include any patient identifying information in the "Reason For Export" box, e.g. names, dates of birth.”

An electronic copy of the Instructions for Use and device labelling are available on the screen. These detail how to use and care for the system. This "how to" guide does not replace the Instructions for Use; if you are unsure of anything, please re-read the Instructions for Use or ask your Oxehealth Ward Lead.

To access the Instructions for Use, click on “Instructions for Use” on the screen.

You must be trained to use the system. Your Oxehealth Ward Lead can arrange this for you – or ask your manager.
